Authorities say an apparent landlord-tenant dispute results in one of the two getting killed.  The fight broke out around 7:30 Thanksgiving night at a home in San Carlos.  Hidalgo County sheriff's deputies arrived to find one man shot dead, and another who had been stabbed.  No word yet as to whether the landlord or the tenant was killed.  The wounded man is hospitalized but his condition is not known.
