Immigrants From More Than 40 Different Countries Caught In Valley This Year


Immigrants caught in the Rio Grande Valley aren’t only originally from Mexico. So far this year, immigrants detained nearby have come from more than 40 different countries.

The new report this week from Border Patrol officials says it is true that most of the illegal immigrants are from Central American countries and Mexico. Even so, the report says others caught in the Valley are from as far away as China and Bangladesh.
