More Space-X Test Launch Activities Planned On Boca Chica

Looks like the SpaceX crew on Boca Chica Beach has some more activity planned.  We’re not sure what activity yet, but for the first time in more than a month, Boca Chica Beach will be closed to the public May 28th between 2 and 10 p.m. That means Highway 4, the road to Boca Chica, will be closed at Oklahoma Avenue.

A statement from the Cameron County Judge’s office says only that the closures are due to “anticipated test launch activities.” The last time there was a safety perimeter around the SpaceX facility was in early April when crews test-fired the Raptor engines on the SpaceX prototype Mars rocketship – the Starship Hopper.
