The total of 51-thousand-323 coronavirus cases Wednesday is an increase of more than 3-thousand in just 3 days. The latest numbers from the Texas Department of Health Services also put the COVID-19-related death toll at more than 14-hundred, with another unusually large single-day spike. 50 more Texans died on Wednesday. Also in the past 3 days, the virus has spread to an additional 3 counties.
