UTPA Wind Ensemble will be having a concert on Tuesday February 21st at 7:30p.m. at the UTPA Fine Arts Auditorium. Come join us for some great music. The program will include Postcard - Frank Ticheli, Hammersmith - Gustov Holst and Third Symphony - James Barnes. Admission will be free.
