Wisconsin Governor Signs Executive Order Delaying In-Person Primary Voting to June 9th


Wisconsin Governor Tony Evers is signing an executive order that will move in-person voting in the presidential primary, originally scheduled for tomorrow, to June 9th.

In a press release, Governor Evers said the bottom line is that he has an obligation to keep people safe during the coronavirus pandemic. The order also directs the Legislature to meet in special session tomorrow to address the election date.
