By The bond for a San Benito murder suspect is set at one-and-a-half-million-dollars. Miguel Monrreal is accused of shooting two people on the 900 block of East Stenger Street last Friday, killing one of them. He was arrested the following day at the B-and-M International Bridge. The victim has not been identified.
