A man who allegedly hit a teen with his vehicle and then drove away has made his first court appearance.
Sixty-nine-year-old Dennis Bullard of Edinburg was arraigned Wednesday on charges of collision involving serious bodily injury and unlawful carrying of a weapon. He was given a 90-thousand-dollar bond during the hearing.
Investigators say Bullard injured a 13-year-old girl at the intersection of North McColl and West Schunior roads on Tuesday. He reportedly drove away from the scene but was caught after a witness gave police his license plate number.
