President Trump is authorizing federal disaster relief for several South Texas counties affected by severe storms and flooding.
Residents of Cameron, Willacy, Starr and Hidalgo County who suffered property damage or other economic losses on March 27th and 28th can now apply for federal assistance.
State and local leaders cheered the announcement late last week, thanking the President for signing the disaster declaration. More information about applying for help is available online at Disaster-Assistance-dot-gov.
