President Trump’s travel ban is back. People from one dozen countries, mostly in Africa and Asia, cannot enter the U.S. legally, starting today. Senator John Cornyn of Texas supports the move, saying the president has the duty to protect our nation from bad actors.
The White House says that several of the countries were targeted for a number of visa overstays that were deemed “unacceptable.” Others are accused of supporting terrorist groups.
