Police Open Death Investigation After Wellness Check In Pharr

Investigators in Pharr are looking into a death discovered during a wellness check. Officers went to a residence in the 200 block of East Sam Houston Boulevard around 2:15 p.m. Sunday. The police department has not released any information about the person who died or the possible cause of their death.
