Several South Texas cities are getting high marks for safe driving from Allstate Insurance.
The company recently released its 2025 Best Drivers Report, comparing auto insurance claims in America’s 200 largest cities.
Brownsville was ranked the number one overall for safe driving, with drivers expected to get into collisions nearly 26-percent less than the national average. Laredo was ranked fifth-best in the survey, with McAllen ranked 11th.
