Police in Harlingen are still trying to close the case of a woman who disappeared in 2016 and was found dead the next year. Nineteen-year-old Nahomi Rodriguez was in the middle of her shift at a local McDonald’s when she disappeared nine years ago. Her remains were found in Rio Hondo in 2017.
Police have been unable to charge anyone with her disappearance and death, though they have identified a suspect.
Investigators are asking anyone with information relevant to the case to contact the Harlingen Police Department or the Cameron County District Attorney’s Office.
