New Task Force Will Take On International Crime In Houston

A new Homeland Security Task Force in Houston will work to counter threats from international criminal gangs in Southeast Texas. The Houston field office of Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Homeland Security Investigations and FBI Houston announced the creation of the task force on Thursday.

The task force will focus on international operations involving drug trafficking, money laundering, weapons trafficking, human trafficking, alien smuggling, murder, extortion, kidnapping, and child exploitation.
