More Flood Deaths

Texas Governor Greg Abbott is out with a significant update in the July Fourth flood relief efforts. He says the death toll has gone up. There are now 135 victims. And at leasts 116 were in Kerr County alone. The governor says the search for victims will go on in every region where the flood hit.
