Federal investigators are getting involved in the investigation of a business fire in Harlingen. Johnny’s True Value Ace Hardware was declared a total loss after the Tuesday fire.
The fire marshal’s office says the ATF has joined the investigation to make sure that a large inventory of guns sold in the store is fully accounted for. Investigators have declared the site a crime scene while they try to determine if the fire was deliberately set.
