Police say an illegal gambling operation has been busted in San Benito. Officers were called to the 11-hundred block of East Expressway 83 around 7 p.m. last night.
A caller reported a robbery in progress, but officers were unable to find any sign of a robbery after they arrived.
The investigation allegedly uncovered an illegal gambling operation at the location. No arrests were announced last night.
