The University of Texas-Rio Grande Valley has issued a warning about tickets being sold for its August 30th football game against Sul Ross State.

The university’s athletic department issued a statement on Wednesday about tickets being sold on the secondary market at inflated prices. Some tickets advertised are for seats that are unavailable inside Vackar Stadium.

The athletic department is urging fans to be careful when buying tickets from any source other than UTRGVtickets-dot-com.
