Two suspects are facing charges in Elsa following three weekend burglaries. Seventeen-year-old Juan Salazar and 21-year-old Jose Rios are charged with burglary, theft and criminal mischief following the Sunday break-ins at a shopping plaza on South Broadway Street.
Investigators say the suspects took an undetermined amount of cash from each of the three businesses. Salazar was also charged with possession of marijuana following his arrest.
