Police have arrested a man who allegedly threatened to shoot up an Edinburg behavioral center. Timothy Leos was taken into custody yesterday morning in rural Mission.
Investigators say Leos made the threat against the South Texas Behavioral Center because his girlfriend is currently a patient and he wanted her released. The case is still being investigated.
