Authorities continue to investigate a shooting that injured a Progreso city administrator last Thursday.
Police say Public Works Director Jose Moreno was shot in the hand during a struggle after a young man with a mohawk pulled a gun on him. The man reportedly asked Moreno if he was a city official before pulling the weapon, and also made a threatening comment about the mayor.
