Texas Governor Greg Abbott is defending his executive order, placing restrictions on the sale of products containing THC. He says it keeps gas station gummies and vapes out of the hands of kids while, at the same time, protects the marketplace for adults. That doesn’t sit well with Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick, who is still fuming that his proposed ban went down in flames. He says in a new statement that regulating THC is a tacit approval of cannabis products, which he feels are dangerous.
