A man is being charged with intoxication assault following a motorcycle crash in Edinburg.
Authorities say a motorcycle operated by 40-year-old Miguel Garcia crashed on South I-69C early Tuesday morning, causing him and a female passenger to be ejected.
The passenger was taken to the hospital with serious injuries. Garcia is being held on a 70-thousand-dollar bond.
