ICE agents will be attending the Super Bowl this coming February. That word follows the announcement that Puerto Rican superstar Bad Bunny will be performing the halftime show.

Department of Homeland Security adviser Corey Lewandowski said Wednesday that there is no “safe haven to people who are in this country illegally.”

Bad Bunny’s upcoming world tour does not include any U.S. dates because the Grammy-winning singer says he’s worried about ICE raids at his concerts.
