A San Antonio couple has been charged with capital murder for the death of their adopted son. Police say an autopsy of the ten-year-old boy raised red flags.
Spokeswoman Emily Garvin says there were signs of multiple broken bones that had been healing. There were also clues, she says, that the boy may have been starved by his adoptive parents.
