A man accused of firing a weapon near apartments in northeast Houston was fatally shot by officers this morning.
Police say they were called to the 5800 block of Hartwick after reports of the man firing the weapon.
Three men were detained at the scene, though it’s unclear what their role is in the incident. No officers were injured.
