The Texas Court of Criminal Appeals has halted next week’s planned execution of Robert Roberson, who’s shaken baby death case has gained national attention. This is the third time that the courts have stepped in.
Roberson was convicted of murder for the 2002 death of his daughter. New evidence suggest the child died of accidental and natural causes.
