By The ribbon has been cut on a new elementary school in Uvalde. It replaces the one where 19-students and two teachers were killed in one of the nation’s deadliest school shootings.
Teachers will move into the 60-million dollar campus next week. The first day of class at Legacy Elementary School will be on October 20th.
