A Pride festival in Central Texas has been kicked off public property because it was scheduled to include a drag show.
Conservative activists took issue with the event in New Braunfels being billed as “all ages.” They were able to convince the Comal County Fairgrounds to cancel the permit for the Riverside Pride Fest, which was set for this weekend. Organizers have since moved the event to private property near by.
