By Police in Edinburg expect to charge a dump truck driver after a crash early Tuesday. The intersection of McColl Road and Rogers Road had to be closed after the raised bed of the dump truck hit a traffic light.
The truck caused extensive damage, with power lines collapsing into the intersection. Police were able to find and contact the 68-year-old driver, saying he is fully cooperating with their investigation.
