BB Gun Found At Edcouch-Elsa ISD School

A student is facing punishment after allegedly bringing a BB gun to school in Elsa. Officials with the Edcouch-Elsa school district say the gun was found Wednesday at Carlos F. Truan Junior High.

Campus personnel implemented the district’s security protocol and took the BB gun from the unidentified student. No injuries were reported.
