An Edinburg man is set for arraignment after being indicted on murder charges. David Flores was arrested in late February after calling 911 and telling dispatchers that he shot his brother.
Gilberto Flores was taken to the hospital, where he died on March 1st. David Flores is scheduled to be in court on Monday.
