Man Arrested In Connection With Body Found In Harlingen

Police have arrested a man after a body was found in Harlingen last week. Thirty-two-year-old Stephen Guajardo was found dead in the 15-hundred block of North 77 Sunshine Strip on Monday. Police initially said there were no signs of foul play, but then arrested a suspect on Friday. Emilio Medrano was arraigned Saturday and charged with causing a collision involving personal injury or death. His bond has been set at 75-thousand dollars.
