By A Pharr restaurant is offering free food to federal workers. Stefano’s Pizza is offering five free menu items during its Federal Workers Special on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
The offer also applies a 40-percent discount to family meals. Proof of federal employment is required to take advantage of the offer.
