A new survey, done by the Texas Restaurant Association, found that food costs have skyrocketed over the past three months due to President Trump’s tariffs.
President Emily Williams Knight says that about half of their members say revenue has dropped. The group also blamed the president’s immigration crackdown. They say that restaurants in mostly Hispanic areas have seen their traffic drop due to fears of ICE raids.
