Debris removal efforts in the Texas Hill Country are wrapping up just four months after a devastating flood tore down the Guadalupe River.
Kerr County Commissioner Tom Jones says about one-point-nine million cubic feet of debris has been hauled off. That’s more than after Hurricane Harvey, which hit Houston back in 2017.
