ICE: Man Who Killed Three Co-Workers Was Illegal Immigrant

Immigration and Customs Enforcement says the man who shot and killed three coworkers over the weekend was an illegal immigrant. ICE revealed on Wednesday that Jose Hernandez Galo was a teenager when he and his family came to the US from Honduras in 2019.

Officials say the family hasn’t reported to ICE since 2022. San Antonio police say Hernandez Galo shot and killed Selvin Chacon, Sergio Chacon, and Karen Bautista on Saturday morning at a landscaping supply company on Stahl Road. He later fatally shot himself.
