An illegal immigrant from Mexico has been caught crossing into Texas for a fourth time. Wilfredo Sanchez is being allowed to stay, but he’ll be confined to a jail cell.
A federal judge sentenced him to spend five-and-a-half years locked up. When the 44-year old finishes his term of imprisonment, he’ll be deported again, according to court records.
