A man is facing federal charges after allegedly hitting a federal officer with a coffee cup. Reynaldo Cisneros was arrested on Tuesday at a construction site in Donna.
Investigators say Cisneros began cursing at officers as they tried to question multiple people about their immigration status. He reportedly threw a YETI coffee cup at one of the officers, hitting him in the head. Cisneros was arrested and charged with assaulting a federal officer.
