A man has died after a hit-and-run crash in Harlingen. Police say the 77-year-old man was hit by a vehicle late Tuesday night in the area of East Grimes and Ann Street.
The man died after he was taken to the hospital. Investigators are looking through surveillance footage to try to identify the vehicle involved in the crash.
