A Fort Worth businessman and his wife await sentencing after pleading guilty to defrauding dozens of North Texas homebuyers out of millions. Prosecutors say Christopher Judge pleaded guilty on Tuesday to conspiracy to commit wire fraud. His wife, Raquelle Judge, pleaded guilty on December 17th to a similar charge.
The couple bilked customers out of nearly five million dollars by promising custom home building, architecture, and interior design services that were never completed. Raquelle Judge will be sentenced in April, and Christopher Judge will be sentenced in May. Both face years in prison and other penalties.
