By A South Texas resident has won one-million dollars in a Texas Lottery scratch-off game. The lottery announced Monday that the winning Instant Millions ticket was sold at Stooky Mart on East Business 77 in San Benito. The winner chose to remain anonymous. It’s the first of four top prizes to be awarded in the game.
