By Brooke Army Medical Center is one of several destinations in Texas that Secretary of War Pete Hegseth visited on Monday. Hegseth and US Senator John Cornyn met with troops who were wounded in the recent US raid on Venezuela.
The Pentagon says two soldiers wounded in the operation to capture Venezuelan dictator Nicolas Maduro are recovering at BAMC. After their stop in San Antonio, Hegseth and Cornyn’s Arsenal of Freedom tour moved on to visit a Lockheed Martin F-35 plant in Fort Worth and SpaceX’s Starbase in South Texas.
