International bridges in Cameron County are seeing more cross-border traffic. Crossings at county-owned bridges increased between October and December, compared to the same period in 2024.

Traffic was up by nearly 50-thousand vehicles and pedestrians, with a corresponding revenue increase of nearly one-point-two-million dollars. Free Trade International Bridge at Los Indios saw commercial traffic increase by 30 percent during the period.
