Texas Governor Greg Abbott says the state is ready for a blast of Arctic air that’s bringing freezing weather and snow. He says that snow is expected in the Dallas area. And there will be icy roads all the way down to the Hill Country.
A total of 280 warming centers, he says, will be open. A disaster declaration is already in place, making sure resources are available.
