The extreme cold warning for all of Southeast Texas will be active through Tuesday at noon.
Record low temperatures are possible with temps in the teens and 20s. Gusty winds will drop the wind chill factor to zero north of Houston, while the city itself will have wind chills in the single digits and low teens.
Protect your pipes, pets, and plants tonight. Temps could be even lower early Tuesday morning, though the wind chills won’t be quite as low later in the day.
