By A 16-year-old is dead in Texas after being pulled by a vehicle in the snow. Police in the Dallas suburb of Frisco say a teen was driving a Jeep Wrangler that was pulling two teenagers on a sled.
The sled hit a curb and collided with a tree. Both girls were rushed to the hospital where one died, they say. The other remains in critical condition.
