It’s looking likely that restrictions on Texas law, allowing state cops to make immigration arrests, will soon be lifted.
Judges on the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals signaled in a hearing that the immigrant rights group challenging the law may lack standing. That would be a big deal along the border.
