Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton is suing a nurse practitioner in Delaware for prescribing abortion-inducing drugs to Texas residents. Debra Lynch operates an online clinic that prescribes abortion-inducing medication to women in all 50 states.

The lawsuit claims the clinic sent abortion meds to women in Houston, Tomball, Fulshear, Beaumont, and El Paso. Texas is suing Lynch for violating the state’s abortion ban, and for practicing medicine without a license.
