AG Sues Bexar

AG Ken Paxton is suing Bexar County for using taxpayer dollars to defend illegal immigrants in court. It’s something that San Antonio Republicans have been trying to stop.

Kris Coons, who heads the Bexar County Republican Party, says that taxpayer dollars should be spent on basic services, like street repairs and public safety.

The AG agrees. He said that funding legal services for non-citizens offers “no public benefit” and serves “private radical interests.”
